What is a Kaya Card?: A free profile for Filipino remote workers: photo, headline, skills, resume, and a 60-second voice intro that never expires, all at one link. Workers build it once and send it on every application.
Do applicants pay anything?: No. The card is free for workers, permanently, and applying with it is free. Only employers ever pay, and only for Pro or a done-for-you shortlist.
Can I keep posting on OnlineJobs.ph and Facebook?: Yes. That is the point. Post where you already post and put the apply link in the listing. Where a board doesn't allow off-site applications, ask for the card link in your first reply instead.
What do I see about each applicant?: Exactly their public card: voice intro, resume, skills, bio, work samples and contact. Nothing they haven't chosen to publish. If they unpublish, they leave your pool.
Is the ranking an AI judging people?: No. It is a sort you control: your criteria, matched against the words on their card, with every match showing where it came from. You can overrule any of it, and nothing is shown to the worker as a score.
How do I cancel Pro?: From Team & plan, any time. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, then drop back to Free with your jobs and pools intact.
