Privacy

Kaya Card exists so you can show employers who you are. That means the card you build — your name, photo, headline, skills, bio, resume, links, and voice intro — is public by design at your card link. You choose what goes on it, you can change it any time, and you can unpublish or delete it any time.

What we collect

Your email address (to sign you in — we use one-time codes, so there's no password to store), the content you put on your card, and basic view statistics. For statistics we count card views, voice plays, resume views, and contact taps. We do not store your visitors' IP addresses or build visitor profiles — views are counted using a one-way daily hash, and we can't tell you who viewed your card, only how many people did.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't put trackers on your public card beyond our own view counting. Your voice intro is yours — we store it so your link keeps working (that's the whole point), and we don't use it for anything else.

Photos

Uploaded photos are re-encoded on our servers, which strips hidden metadata such as GPS location before the photo is ever shown publicly.

Deletion is real

Deleting your account is a hard delete: your card, statistics, photo, resume, and every version of your voice intro are erased from our database and from file storage in the same action. Replacing a photo or resume deletes the old file immediately too.
