Kaya Card is a free tool for building and sharing a personal talent card. By creating an account you agree to these terms, kept deliberately short and in plain language.

Your card, your content

Everything you put on your card stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it at your card link (that's what the product does) and nothing more. You can edit, unpublish, or permanently delete it whenever you want.

Be real

Your card must be about you. Impersonating someone else, claiming credentials you don't have, uploading content you don't have rights to, or using cards for spam, scams, or anything illegal will get a card suspended or removed. We keep a light touch, but the trust of the people scrolling is the product, and we protect it.

What’s free, and the one thing that isn’t

Building and sharing a Kaya Card is free for workers, permanently. Your card, your link, your photo, your resume and your voice intro are never put behind a payment, and there is no fee to keep any of it online. That does not change.

Kaya Verified is the one paid upgrade for workers, and it is entirely optional. It is a live assessment that costs real money to run every time, so it costs ₱299. If you don’t reach a graded band, your retake is free. If you don’t reach one on that attempt either, we refund you in full, automatically. You never have to ask us for it.

Kaya Verified is an assessment and a validated badge. It is not an accredited certification and we don’t describe it as one. It grades your spoken English against the CEFR scale and publishes a short proof clip in your own voice, so an employer can judge the result for themselves rather than take our word for it.

For employers

Employers open jobs and see the public cards of people who apply, or whose link they add. You see exactly what a worker has published and nothing else; if they unpublish, they leave your pool. Use what you see to hire, not to build lists, resell, or contact people about anything other than the job they applied to.

Your jobs page (kayacard.com/hire/your-name, and on Pro your own domain or an embed on your site) is public and carries your name, logo and job posts. You are responsible for what you put on it: the jobs must be real, the pay and terms honest, and nothing on it may be unlawful, misleading or discriminatory. We may take a page down that breaks this. A custom domain is yours; you point it at us and can disconnect it at any time.

Applicant records you keep in your workspace (stages, notes, your talent pool) are yours to use for hiring and for nothing else. A person who deletes their Kaya Card disappears from them, notes and all; that is how it should be, and you agree not to copy that information elsewhere to keep it.

The free plan allows 1 open job at a time. Pro is $49 per seat per month in US dollars, billed through Stripe, and each teammate who joins is a seat. You can cancel any time from your billing page and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; we don’t refund partial months. A done-for-you shortlist is a one-off service priced per role and agreed by email before any work starts.

Prices may change for new periods with notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

The honest fine print

We work hard to keep the service fast and permanent, but it's provided "as is," without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever had to wind down the service, we'd give you notice and a way to download your content. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
