Kaya Card is a free tool for building and sharing a personal talent card. By creating an account you agree to these terms — kept deliberately short and in plain language.

Your card, your content

Everything you put on your card stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it at your card link — that's what the product does — and nothing more. You can edit, unpublish, or permanently delete it whenever you want.

Be real

Your card must be about you. Impersonating someone else, claiming credentials you don't have, uploading content you don't have rights to, or using cards for spam, scams, or anything illegal will get a card suspended or removed. We keep a light touch, but the trust of the people scrolling is the product — we protect it.

Free means free

Building and sharing a Kaya Card is free for workers, permanently. If we ever add paid features, they will be for employers — never a fee to keep your own card or your voice intro online.

The honest fine print

We work hard to keep the service fast and permanent, but it's provided "as is," without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever had to wind down the service, we'd give you notice and a way to download your content. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
